Our goal is to make Kitt AI completely free for small businesses and individuals (solopreneurs, sales reps, etc) and only charge for larger commercial users and agencies.
To do this we offer unlimited access to the platform under our Free Tier, although rate limits and our "Fair Use Policy" applies to protect the health of the platform. Please take the time to read these, as abuse of the Fair Use Policy can lead to bans from the platform.
Manual Search & Chrome Extension
Users can run unlimited manual searches in the admin console and via the chrome extension.
CSV Uploads
Users can upload unlimited CSVs in batches of 100 rows.
Clay Integration
Clay requires 60 concurrent requests to operate and therefore falls outside the free API limits. However, for trial purposes you get 1500 requests/30 days that you can process using the Clay API Preset without any throttling (note: you MUST use the API Preset in clay -- using the regular API integration will result in your jobs being throttled.
CRM Integrations
Under the CRM Cleanse promo, you can submit up to 50,000 records to be verified for up to 7 days from when you first integrate your CRM. After 7 days, your account will revert to the default limits (below).
By default the following limits apply to the CRM integration:
Jobs cannot be scheduled
One crmVerify job can be queued at a time
Each crmVerify job can only validate up to 100 records
API Access
API access is limited to 1 concurrent request. There isn't an explicit API limit, however you can be throttled at any time based on 1) platform load and 2) whether or not our system thinks your usage pattern matches our fair use policy, which is that this product is designed to be used by individuals.
